Treatment priority: We want to make your visit to All Pets Animal Hospital as convenient as possible. To streamline the availability of veterinarians, we see patients in the following order of priority: (1) emergencies, (2) appointments, (3) walk-ins and (4) drop-offs.

Restraints: We ask that all animals be restrained by leash or some type of carrier when you bring them for an appointment. We will loan you a leash if you do not have one.

Payment: Payment is expected when services are rendered. This policy helps keep our prices as low as possible, giving you more value for your money. We accept major credit cards, cash and checks.

No-flea guarantee: We have a no-flea guarantee, with each pet thoroughly checked upon arrival to the hospital and boarding facility. Flea-positive pets are treated and bathed immediately for an additional charge.

Multiple-animal discounts: We offer litter discounts and multiple pet exam discounts if two or more pets are brought in for the same appointment time.
