Dr Eddie Heath graduated from Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. He received two Bachelor Degrees while playing football for the fighting Texas Aggies. His undergraduate degrees are in Biomedical Science and Veterinary Science. He has spent the last 25-plus years practicing veterinary medicine. Dr. Heath worked with four different veterinary practices as an associate until he opened All Pets in 1993. Through this invaluable experience, he was able to encounter different philosophies and gain insights at each hospital. He took the best ideas from each and applied them to All Pets. When time permits he enjoys many outdoor sports: Anusara yoga, gardening and landscaping at his farm in Weaverville. Dr. Heath shares his home with his son, Nathan, and daughter, Caity, as well as three dometic short hair cats – Beege, Snowshoe and Kona (all spayed and neutered) – and two dogs – Betty Boop, a spayed Boston Terrier and a very enthusiastic Flat-Coated Retriever mix named Tripp, that he adopted from the Buncombe County Animal Shelter.
Dr. Heath is a member of:
America Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)
Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV)
North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association (NCVMA)
